91ɬÂþ’s Web Advisory Committee is seeking a Faculty representative to help guide decisions that shape the health, accessibility, and long‑term evolution of our web ecosystem.

The Web Advisory Committee plays an important role in ensuring 91ɬÂþ’s digital spaces meet the needs of our diverse community. Work done by the committee promotes and supports consistency, accessibility, and strong user experience practices across 91ɬÂþ's digital ecosystem.

Who the committee represents

Members represent key audience groups within 91ɬÂþ’s web ecosystem, such as faculty, students, and administrative staff, ensuring that perspectives across our community are reflected in digital decision‑making. Their input helps strengthen our ability to create inclusive, user‑centred digital experiences.

Now recruiting a Faculty representative

For 2026, we are looking for a Faculty memberÌýto join the committee. Here are some of the ways you might contribute to our discussions.

  • Contribute your experience as someone who works with or relies on 91ɬÂþ’s web platforms.
  • Help ensure 91ɬÂþ’s websites remain accessible and inclusive for all users.
  • Provide insight into user needs and digital best practices.
  • Support discussions on emerging web technologies and trends that shape our digital landscape.

Who should apply

We welcome applicants who:

  • Have an interest in user experience, accessibility, and digital best practices.
  • Are passionate about improving 91ɬÂþ’s web presence and digital experience.
  • Have experience using, or ideally building, websites within 91ɬÂþ’s ecosystem (using platforms such as 91ɬÂþ's WMS).

Length of appointment

Committee members serve a two‑year term following 91ɬÂþ’s academic cycle.
