DESCRIPTION:As part of its Personal and Cultural Enrichment (PACE) offering
 s\, the School of Continuing Studies is excited to introduce a new program
 ming series\, One Day @ 91ɬÂþ.    One Day @ 91ɬÂþ will present seminars 
 that allow attendees first-hand access to a 91ɬÂþ experience. Held on the
  91ɬÂþ campus\, these affordable small-group sessions are uniq
 ue educational opportunities in which you are able to access in-depth know
 ledge produced by our academic community. All seminars will be held on Sat
 urdays from 10:30 - 3:30.On October 19\, The Buildings All Around Us is th
 e inaugural seminar presented by Prof. Nancy Dutton (91ɬÂþ School of Arch
 itecture). In the first part of the seminar\, participants will learn how 
 to observe a building in the downtown area using images and a site visit. 
 The second part will focus on how to find out more about that building and

 ienna Fin-de-Siècle and the Birth of Modernismpresented by Prof. Adrian Sh
 eppard (91ɬÂþ School of Architecture). The seminar will be devoted to loo
 king at and reflecting upon Vienna’s contribution to Modernism\, but the e
 mphasis will be placed on architecture\, the visual arts and urban plannin
