New Indigenous Student Housing Community at Royal Victoria College (RVC) Tower

We are excited to introduce a new Indigenous Student Housing community at RVC Tower for Undergraduate Students, launching in Fall 2026.

The top three floors of RVC Tower will be transformed into a living community designed specifically for Indigenous students.

This space will offer approximately 41 newly renovated, single-occupancy rooms, creating an environment that supports connection, comfort, and community. Renovations are set to begin in Summer 2026.

The community is being developed in close collaboration with the Office of Indigenous Initiatives. The reserved Indigenous floors will reflect Indigenous cultures through murals and design elements that celebrate identity, story, and community.

Residents will benefit from both tailored events that allow them to connect with their Indigenous heritage while also enjoying the residence wide programming and community-building activities offered to the broader residence community.
