  provide you with the relevant information for accessing the webinar prior
  to the presentation.  If there are questions that have been brought up pl
 ease send them in advance so that we may be able to address these question

 REATE) Program \n			\n		\n				Description:\n\n				 \n			\n			\n				This program supports the trai
 ning of teams of highly qualified students and postdoctoral fellows from C
 anada and abroad through the development of innovative training programs t
 hat encourage collaborative and integrative approaches\, and address signi
 ficant scientific challenges associated with Canada’s research priorities\
 ; and facilitate the transition of new researchers from trainees to produc
 tive employees in the Canadian workforce.\n\n				These innovative programs mus
 t include the acquisition and development of important professional skills
  among students and postdoctoral fellows that complement their qualificati
 ons and technical skills.\n\n				Programs should encourage the following as ap
 propriate:\n\n				student mobility\, nationally or internationally\, between i
 ndividual universities and between universities and other sectors\;\n					inter
 disciplinary research within the natural sciences and engineering (NSE)\, 
 or at the interface between the NSE and health\, or the social sciences an
 d humanities. However\, the main focus of the training must still lie with
 in the NSE\;\n					increased collaboration between industry and academia\; and
 \n					with the addition of the industrial stream\, an additional objective is 
 to support improved job-readiness within the industrial sector by exposing
  participants to the specific challenges of this sector and training peopl
