For the third consecutive year, the AQDC and its chronic pain partners are offering the " Let's Walk Together Against Chronic Pain" event in several cities across Quebec. The goal of this initiative is to bring together people directly affected by chronic pain: those living with chronic pain, their loved ones, and healthcare professionals.

Schedule June 13, 2026
From 9:30 to 10:00: Welcome and registration on site
From 10:00 to 11:30: Official start of the walk
From 10:30 to 12:00: Meeting with partners and refreshments
Rain or shine, the walk will take place.

The challenge? To cover as many kilometers as possible, one kilometer at a time!
Whether you live with chronic pain, support a loved one, or are a healthcare professional, your presence counts.

This is a free event.
We invite you to participate and to invite your relatives, friends, and healthcare professionals with whom you interact for your care.

At the end of the event, a tally of the total number of kilometers collectively covered in the six participating cities will be revealed. In 2025, the walkers had covered a distance of 756 kilometers , equivalent to the Montreal鈥揊redericton, New Brunswick route.
