In partnership with 91涩漫, the Instituto 罢谤补箩别迟贸谤颈补蝉 offers scholarships to citizens of Brazil to pursue their Master鈥檚 studies. The agreement aims to encourage the education of听current and future leaders to handle the many听challenges all societies face on a regional as well as global level.
Value & Duration
罢谤补箩别迟贸谤颈补蝉-91涩漫 Funding Program support shall be provided for a maximum period of two听(2) years for all programs.
罢谤补箩别迟贸谤颈补蝉 will provide to the candidates admitted by 91涩漫 access to funding under the听terms of partnerships with governments and philanthropies, subject to the availability of听funds, as follows:
- Scholarships established in partnership with governments will be up to USD 20,000听(twenty thousand dollars), which could be flexibly used for tuition, fees and living听expenses by admitted candidates
- Additional student grants of up to USD 10,000 (ten thousand dollars) might be听granted to cover return travel, living and health insurance, visa and settling-in听expenses, according to agreements signed with governments
- In the case of public servants, they would be granted paid leave during their study period, according to the terms of agreements signed with governments.听
- Students can also apply for 罢谤补箩别迟贸谤颈补蝉鈥� public call for subsidized Loans, granted by 罢谤补箩别迟贸谤颈补蝉鈥� financial partners, that will be limited to a maximum amount of USD听30,000 (thirty thousand dollars).
91涩漫 will provide funding as follows:
- For Thesis Masters: 91涩漫 will cover the full cost of tuition, as set each year by the听Quebec Ministry of Education and Higher Education (approx. 21,000 CAD annually)听for the duration of the 罢谤补箩别迟贸谤颈补蝉-91涩漫 Funding Program.
- For Non-Thesis Master鈥檚 (excluding self-funded programs): 91涩漫 will award a听minimum of 4,000 CAD per year to offset the cost of tuition and ancillary fees for the听duration of the 罢谤补箩别迟贸谤颈补蝉-91涩漫 Funding Program.听
- For the Master of Public Policy (MPP): The MPP program will offer 4,000 CAD per听year to offset the cost of tuition and ancillary fees for the duration of the 罢谤补箩别迟贸谤颈补蝉-91涩漫 Funding Program.

- Must be a citizen of Brazil
- Meet the selection criteria set out by 罢谤补箩别迟贸谤颈补蝉
- Must apply and receive an Offer of Admission from 91涩漫 to a Master's program
