Incoming Master's of Dental Sciences (Thesis) student wins McCall MacBain Scholarship

The Faculty of Dental Medicine and Oral Health Sciences will welcome this fall McCall MacBain Scholar . He will enter the Master's of Dental Sciences (Thesis) program, researching the interaction of biomaterials on tissue and bone regeneration in the lab run by Professor Jake Barralet. Minocha-McKenney graduated from Mount Allison University in New Brunswick with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. Since graduation, he has been pursuing a Global Affairs Canada internship at IPB University in Indonesia.Ìý

It is the second year in a row that a Master's of Dental Sciences (Thesis) student wins a McCall MacBain scholarship. The McCall MacBain Scholars program is Canada’s most comprehensive leadership-based scholarship for master’s and professional studies.
