 tition among water users\nand the pressure of climate variability and chan
 ge is a major\nthreat to food production. To ensure that food production i
 s\nsustained\, a framework for allocating water among users and to\nirriga
 tion is essential. An overview of water use in Canada is\nprovided and mec

 s a group of proteolytic enzymes found in both the\npineapple fruit and st
 em. Research shows that they have broad\napplications including meat tende
 rizing and diverse medical uses.\nThis presentation will focus on the appl
