 cture entitled\, “Optical deconstruction of fully-assembled biological sys
 tems” will be delivered by Dr. Karl Deisseroth\, D.H. Chen Professor of Bi
 oengineering and of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences of Stanford Univers
 ity and the Howard Hughes Medical Institute\, USA. The Hughlings Jackson L
 ecture was established at the MNI in 1935. It honors the legacy of British
  neurologist John Hughlings Jackson (1835-1911) who pioneered the developm
 ent of neurology as a medical specialty.  Registration is required (www.ne
