 lve into Professor Rod Macdonald's rich scholarship and its implications f
 or future research.\nThe Symposium is organized around six themes: Kaleido
 scopic Federalism\, Producing Fairness\, Pluralizing the Subject\, The Pri
 ority of Distributive Justice\, Contextualizing Governance\, and Pursuing 
 Virtue. Among invited speakers are Harry Arthurs\, Nathalie Desrosiers\, A
 lison Harvison Young\, Nicholas Kasirer\, Yves-Marie Morissette\, and John
  Whyte.\nAndrée Lajoie's forthcoming book\, Un trajet engagé et engageant:
  La vie intellectuelle de Rod Macdonald (Éditions Thémis)\, will also be l
 aunched during the Symposium.\nThe organisers also invite short contributi
 ons (1000 words) answering the following two questions\, namely how did Pr
 ofessor Macdonald's texts influence your own work and what prospects for f
