Good Day,

Please note that due to the extended University year end period, the month of April will not be closing according to the usual month end schedule. April 2026 is scheduled to be closed on June 1^st. This means that financial statements for April are still not available. An email notification will be sent when the financial statements are ready to be picked up in Minerva.

Dear FIS Banner users,

As part of the Banner Modernisation Program, we are continuing the transition from INB Forms to Banner Admin Pages and encourage you to begin using Admin Pages ahead of the full decommissioning of INB. Following the successful completion of the annual budget distribution exercise, we are launching Banner Admin pages for all Budget users.

May 1, 2026 is the first day of Fiscal Year 27 (May 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027). For your reference, attached are the FY27 Month End Deadlines for submitting financial transactions in Banner (including Finance Accounts Receivable and Feed File submissions).

These deadlines are posted on the Financial Services website.

Dear Colleagues,

The overhead recovery fee currently being charged on actual revenues earned in non-1A unrestricted funds will remain at 7.5% in FY2027. This is unchanged from FY2026. The process for collecting and recording of this fee will continue to occur on a quarterly basis.
